| About Me - My History |

| I grew up on my parents' farm near the lowlands. When I was fourteen, I was married off to Uilliam mac Caille for a dowry of four cattle, two pigs and some wood. (Wood is very valuable in the highlands!) Uilliam farmed a piece of Lord MacIain's land and pays tribute of 50% of all production to his lordship. I came to live on the land and run my husband's house.
When I was pregnant with our bairn, Uilliam was killed fighting for his lordship. The lord MacIain kindly allowed me to inherit my husband's lease, so now I am responsible for the farming and sale of produce as well as the daily running of our small house, and I pay our yearly tribute.
