Here is the applicable quote from the letter I just recieved from the IRS...

"Contributions to you are deductible by donors beginning November 8, 2002"

As we have stated in the past, you will now need to consult your tax advisors as to what is legal and correct for you to deduct from your taxes. Also, we will be working with the Board of Directors to compile a letter to our members so that you will have a formal listing of what is "required" of you.
